For the longest time, I was one of those people who rather snarkily said, “I don’t make New Year’s Resolutions. I don’t wait around until the New Year if I want to make changes.” While anyone who knows me will tell you that’s still true, I have come to appreciate the purpose of using the New Year season as a time of reflection.┬áThat said, I find that many people I know make goals that are rather untenable.
